Nanjing Bonzer Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. is one of the leading professional production bases for livestock mats in China. We boasts strong technical capabilities with a highly skilled professional research team, and maintain long-term collaboration with specialized livestock farms. We currently have over 200 employee. Our factory is located in the Liqiao Economic Development Zone, Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, covering an area of approximately 50,000 square meters, and our registered capital is 22 million yuan.

Our factory is well-equipped with a wide range of machinery, including various models of rubber mixers, rubber calenders, flat vulcanizers (including a 3m extra-wide flat vulcanizer), drum vulcanizers, and over 20 sets of supporting equipment (including Teflon molds). We also possess multiple sets of advanced testing equipment, making us a large-scale production base with an annual output of 10,000 tons of rubber sheets.

We mainly manufacture dairy cow mats (cow stall mats, cow waterbeds, slatted flooring, scratch mats for cows, horse mats and pig mats). We also produces industrial rubber sheets, special rubber sheets, anti-slip rubber mats, rubber lining, rubber seals and gaskets, and other rubber products.
